I have recently successfully completed the ABR and SRES courses. What is this?
The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) is a designation that is geared towards agents who want to enhance their buyer representation skills, and to provide prospective buyer-clients of my proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) is a designation I chose simply to serve real estate buyers and sellers who are aged 55 and older. This designation is awarded to REALTORS who have successfully completed the required education course. SRES designess learn how to lead senior clients through real estate transactions and draw on the expertise of a network of senior specialists.
Family is very important to me, as I am sure it is to you, that is why it is so important to find out all of your needs. This will help assist me in finding your dream home.
